I had a wonderful week at this hotel, with exceptional service from the staff who were always ready to help. The location was perfect for accessing Broadway and other attractions, making my stay enjoyable. However, the breakfast service was a bit disorganized and could use some improvement. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, which added to my overall positive experience.
